Our two-to-three-year job rotation program, has been designed to provide you with a solid foundation for a rewarding career with us.
Gaining valuable experience
You’ll gain real world experience and knowledge across various divisions, solving real world issues in field and office-based environments.
Our engineering and data graduates typically rotate through four to six placements over the course of the program.
We’ll actively support your development with regular career planning discussions and training sessions, to help you become a future leader at Endeavour Energy.
Typical areas of focus include:
- Earthing and power quality
- Protection and control
- Asset management and planning
- Project management
- Electrical, mechanical and civil design
- Field operations and support (including construction and maintenance)
- Metering information and development
- Technology and innovation
- Data engineering and data science
