Our process
Before submitting an expression of interest, quote or tender, please read all requirements in the conditions of purchase document. This will help make sure your submission is complete and compliant.
Once received, submissions are carefully reviewed by our evaluation team based on key criteria including value for money, safety, risk and innovation.
Recommendations are then reviewed internally before contracts are awarded. We’ll let all applicants know the outcome as soon as a decision is made.
How to apply
We use the SAP Ariba e-sourcing platform to manage all tenders. To receive alerts and submit responses, you must register your business with SAP Ariba.

Once registered, you’ll receive email alerts when new requests for tenders (RFTs), proposals (RFPs), or information (RFIs) are issued.

Log in to SAP Ariba to access documents and lodge your response. We provide a fair, honest and transparent processes and expect the same from our suppliers.
