Each case is assessed on its merits and managed by a dedicated case manager. While we aim to resolve issues fairly, please note that claims for power outages may not always be eligible. Under our Deemed Standards Contract, uninterrupted supply cannot be guaranteed, and claims may be declined for events beyond our control (e.g., severe storms, lightning, wildlife contact).
