We are committed to full compliance with the Australian Energy Regulator’s Electricity Distribution Ring-fencing Guideline. This Guideline is designed to promote fair competition, by requiring distribution network service providers to maintain clear separation between regulated services and contestable services. We recognise the importance of these obligations and have robust processes in place to meet all requirements.

Ring-fencing annual compliance report
The Electricity Distribution Ring-fencing Guideline requires Endeavour Energy to submit an Annual Compliance Report to the Australian Energy Regulator each year. The report outlines each ring-fencing obligation and the measures undertaken to demonstrate compliance with the Guideline.
